Applications for this scholarship will be reviewed on an ongoing basis (but the priority deadline is November 1st, 2023)

Scholarship Summary: 
All first-year students (domestic and international) that apply for admissions into the University of Indianapolis will be considered for one of the several merit scholarships. No additional application is required unless noted.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 
Scholarships will be based upon a combination of GPA and test scores

Value of Scholarship: 
The UIndy Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
For domestic students, the merit scholarships range as follows;
a. Vice President Scholarship: $30,000 annually {awarded to runner-ups in the Presidential Scholarship Competition}
b. Dean's Scholarship: $19,000 - $25,000 annually {Minimum GPA of A or above}
c. Richard G. Lugar Academic Recognition Award: $17,000 - $18,000 annually
d. Horizon Grant: $10,000 - $13,500 annually

For international students, the merit scholarships range as follows;
a. Richard G. Lugar Academic Recognition Award: $17,000 - $19,000 annually
b. Horizon Grant: $10,000 - $13,500 annually
