Scholarship Summary:
Boise State University is awarding merit scholarships to eligible international students who are admitted into the University as degree-seeking undergraduate students. International freshmen will be automatically considered for these scholarships by completing the admissions application and meeting the eligibility criteria. A complete application includes the admissions application, transcript(s), AND test scores.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
In order to be eligible, students must;
a. For the Ridgeline Scholarship
i. Obtain a minimum 3.20 cumulative unweighted high school GPA (on a 4.00 scale)
i. Obtain a minimum 3.20 cumulative unweighted high school GPA (on a 4.00 scale)
b. For the Summit Scholarship
i. Obtain a minimum 3.40 cumulative unweighted high school GPA (on a 4.00 scale)
Value of Scholarship:
The Boise International Freshman Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. The Ridgeline Scholarship is valued as $5,000 per academic year for up to four years (Required Cumulative Unweighted GPA: 3.20-3.39)
ii. The Summit Scholarship is valued as $10,000 per academic year for up to four years (Required Cumulative Unweighted GPA: 3.40+)
