Scholarship Summary: 
Boise State University is awarding merit scholarships to eligible international students who are admitted into the University as degree-seeking undergraduate students. International freshmen will be automatically considered for these scholarships by completing the admissions application and meeting the eligibility criteria. A complete application includes the admissions application, transcript(s), AND test scores.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 
In order to be eligible, students must;
a. For the Summit Scholarship
i. Obtain a minimum 3.70 cumulative unweighted high school GPA (on a 4.00 scale)
b. For the Ridgeline Scholarship
i. Obtain a minimum 3.50 cumulative unweighted high school GPA (on a 4.00 scale)
c. For the Foothills Scholarship
i. Obtain a minimum 3.2 cumulative unweighted high school GPA (on a 4.00 scale)

Value of Scholarship: 
The Boise International Freshman Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. The Summit Scholarship is valued as $11,000 per academic year for up to four years.
ii. The Ridgeline Scholarship is valued as $8,000 per academic year for up to four years.
iii. The Foothills Scholarship is valued as $2,000 per academic year for up to four years.

Scholarship Application Guide: 
The above scholarship are automatic awards. If you meet the minimum requirements and have all application materials in, before the scholarship deadline, you are automatically awarded these scholarships.
