Marietta College offers renewable merit-based scholarships for outstanding international students accepted to the college. International Student Merit Scholarship awards may vary as award amounts are determined by academic records, test scores, and other factors received by Marietta College at the time of application.Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration;i. Be a first time, full-time, degree-seeking student accepted for admission to Marietta College
ii. Meet the cumulative high school GPA requirement based on an official transcript.
Value of Scholarship:
The Marietta International Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;i. International 1835 Founders: $26,000 {4.0 GPA}
ii. International Marietta Distinction: $25,000 {3.60-3.99 GPA}
iii. International Compass: $23,000 {3.30-3.59 GPA}
iv. International Riverside: $19,000 {2.95-3.29 GPA}
v. International Pioneer: $14,000 {2.94 & below GPA}

In addition to merit scholarships, admitted international students may apply for an International Need-Aware Grant of up to $6,000 annually to help make a Marietta education more affordable. Grant consideration is based on a review of demonstrated financial need through the International Need-Aware Grant application.
