Scholarship Summary:
The University of Strathclyde’s Faculty of Engineering is pleased to offer a number of scholarships for their undergraduate and postgraduate research programmes. All self-funded, international (non-EU) fee-paying offer holders with strong academic qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 
The following criteria are necessary for consideration;
i. The Faculty of Engineering’s International Scholarships are only open for self-funded, international (non-EU) fee-paying applicants enrolling on a full-time course.  Those who receive full sponsorship from a government office or embassy are not eligible to apply.
ii. Applicants must hold an offer to study a full-time course in the the for 2026/27 academic year.

Value of Scholarship:
The Strathclyde Faculty of Engineering Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. The value of the Undergraduate International award is equivalent to 15% of tuition fees for each year of study - typically £4,650 for first year

ii. The value of the Postgraduate Research International award is valued as £6,000.

Scholarship Application Guide: 
Scholarships will be awarded automatically to eligible offer holders. No further scholarship application is necessary.
