The UCL Institute of Education (IOE) is delighted to partner with the International Students House (ISH) in offering the Centenary Doctoral Scholarships to international (non-UK and non-EU) postgraduate students. The scholarship is tenable for three academic years, subject to satisfactory progress.

To be eligible, candidates should;
i. Be domiciled in an eligible low or lower-middle income country according to the World Bank classification
ii. Have an unconditional offer to study a full time PhD degree in London at the UCL Institute of Education.
Please note that these scholarships are not available for part time or online courses.

The Centenary Doctoral Scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation in a single room (shared bathroom) at International Students House and an annual stipend of £7740 paid by monthly instalments

i. Once you receive your unconditional offer letter, you can complete and submit the online scholarship application.
ii. The Selection Panel for the Centenary Doctoral Scholarships formed by a group of IOE academics, professional services and representatives from International Students House, will review and select the recipients of the Doctoral Scholarship.
