The York College of Pennsylvania Presidential Research Fellowship Program is a new academic initiative designed for exceptional students (domestic and international) seeking to enhance their college experience by working closely with a faculty mentor, joining a selective cohort of research fellows focused on designing an original research project, and participating in interdisciplinary "high impact" learning opportunities.

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must;
i. Be accepted for admission to York College by the deadline for scholarship application.
Value of Scholarship:

ii. Hold a minimum of a 3.5 high school GPA based on a 4.0 scale.
iii. Be interested in working with a faculty mentor over the course of their studies to develop an original research project that will contribute new knowledge to their discipline.
Applications from the following students are especially encouraged
a. Students who have previous research exposure or experience are preferred.
b. Students should be able to demonstrate excellence in writing and critical thinking.

Once awarded, recipients must be actively engaged in their research, participate in program components, and remain full-time undergraduate students with a minimum 3.3 GPA.
