MSU is dedicated to making quality education within reach for all Michigan residents. In support of this commitment, the Spartan Tuition Advantage is a financial aid program that covers up to 18 credits of tuition per semester for all qualifying full-time, in-state students through a combination of federal, state and institutional gift aid.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The eligibility criteria for the Spartan Tuition Advantage Scholarship are as follows;
• Be an incoming first-year student
• Be a Michigan resident or qualify for in-state tuition
• Be eligible for the Pell grant
• Have an annual total household income of $65,000 or less
Value of Scholarship:
The Spartan Tuition Advantage covers up to 18 credits of tuition per semester.
