Scholarship Summary:
The Faculty of Engineering is delighted to be offering a limited number of Dean’s International Excellence Awards for Masters Study to exceptional international applicants joining a postgraduate taught programme in September 2026. 

All self-funded, international (non-EU), fee-paying postgraduate taught applicants joining one of our full-time on-campus programmes will be considered.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this course, applicants must;
i. Be eligible self-funded, international (non-EU) fee-paying applicants enrolling on a full-time postgraduate taught course within the University of Strathclyde’s campus in Glasgow starting in September 2026  
ii. Hold an offer to study on a full-time Engineering postgraduate taught course in September 2026.
iii. Demonstrate academic excellence (usually a UK first class undergraduate degree or international equivalent), and the potential both to make a significant contribution to the Strathclyde community during their studies and in their chosen profession upon graduation.

Value of Scholarship:
The Faculty of Engineering Dean’s International Excellence Awards for Masters Study is valued between £9,000 - £12,000. 

Scholarship Application Guide:
All eligible international offer holders will automatically be considered and contacted before the deadline if successful. A scholarship application is not required.
