Scholarship Summary:
Waynesburg University is delighted to offer the prestigious Jeffrey and Regina Taussig Ohio Honors Scholarship, to select Ohio freshmen students entering in the 2024-2025 academic year. This is a renewable scholarship for four years at Waynesburg University.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for the award you must meet these requirements:
• Cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.0
• Ohio resident
• Considerable co-curricular activities
• Major in one of the following areas at Waynesburg University: Biochemistry, Biology, Biology Education, Chemistry, Chemistry Education, Computer Science, Engineering (3/2): Chemistry or Math, Environmental Science, Forensic Biology, Forensic Chemistry, Forensic Science, Marine Biology, Mathematics, Math Education, Pre-Dental, Pre-Medical, Pre-Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science, Pre-Veterinary.
Value of Scholarship:
The Waynesburg Jeffrey and Regina Taussig Ohio Honors Scholarship is a full tuition and fees scholarship and is renewable annually.

To apply;
i. Qualified candidates interested in the Jeffrey and Regina Taussig Ohio Honors Scholarship should apply for admission to Waynesburg University by Nov. 1.
ii. Interested students who are accepted to the University will be asked to complete an additional online application, and those whom the committee has identified as potential candidates will be invited to interview for the scholarship.
