Scholarship Summary:
Saint Martin’s University is committed to helping make education accessible and affordable to its international students and will award merit scholarships to all qualifying international undergraduate applicants, seeking to study on an F-1 student visa.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for an international freshman scholarship, you must;
i. Be a new, incoming international freshman student at St. Martins
ii. Have a minimum HS GPA of 2.50
Value of Scholarship:
The St. Martin's University International Freshman Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. GPA 3.75-4.00: $20,000/year
ii. GPA 3.50-3.74: $18,000/year
iii. GPA 3.00-3.49: $16,000/year
iv. GPA 2.75-2.99: $14,000/year
v. GPA 2.50-2.74: $12,000/year
Other International Scholarships available include:
i. Benedictine High School Scholarship: $2,000 annually
ii. English Proficiency Scholarship: $1,000 - $2,000 annually
iii. International Partner School Scholarship: $2,000 annually
iv. Outstanding Achievement Awards (non-renewable): $1,000
v. Campus Visit Award (non-renewable): $500
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application; cumulative grade point average is calculated on a 4.0 scale. Non-US issued transcripts or mark sheets will be evaluated by an external transcript evaluation agency to determine the cumulative GPA.
The GPA obtained at the time of admission will be the criteria used to determine scholarship eligibility.
