The Heritage Scholarship competition at LeTourneau University is a premier academic scholarship opportunity — an invitation-only event recognizing seniors who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and alignment with LeTourneau's mission.
This invitation only event brings together the top students from across the US to LeTourneau University's Longview campus for a time of fun and competition.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The requirements to be invited to the Heritage Competition are:
• Be a high school senior
• Acceptance into the University
• With test score – 3.6 GPA and 28 ACT or 1320 SAT or 88 CLT
• Without test score – 3.8 GPA
*Note: All GPA requirements are based on a 4.0 unweighted scale.
Value of Scholarship:
LeTourneau University Heritage Scholarships is valued as more than $125,000 over four years (i.e about $31,250/year)
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Complete an into LeTourneau and be accepted by the deadline.
ii. Selected students will be invited by the Admissions team for an on-campus competition
iii. The competition comprises of the following activities;
- 2–3 minute personal video
- Resume submission
- 1–2 page essay
- In-person interview during Heritage Weekend
