High-achieving freshmen from New York State are considered for Pride of New York Scholarships at the University of Buffalo. Award amounts are based on academic merit.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be US citizens or permanent residents from New York
ii. Have excellent academic records
Value of Scholarship:
The UB Pride of New York Scholarship are exclusively for non-tuition costs such as fees. These scholarships are renewable for either two or four years for students who meet continuing eligibility requirements.
