Scholarship Summary:
University of Sunderland is awarding cash bursaries to UK undergraduate students enrolling for the Medicine MBChB course, with an annual household income of less than or equal to £42,875.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must;
i. Be a 'Home', 'Refugee' or ‘Overseas Island’ student
- EU students with UK Settled Status at the time of application are eligible for these bursaries.
ii. Have an annual household income of £42,875 or less.
iii. Apply for and meet the conditions of your offer, enrol on to and study the Medicine MBChB course
Value of Scholarship:
Eligible students will receive a cash award in each year of study and will also be offered the opportunity to stay in university-managed accommodation, either rent-free or at a discounted rate in academic year 2024/25, and for some students, academic year 2025/26.
All Medicine MBChB students will receive a StudyPlus book bundle worth £260 in their first year of study.
