Scholarship Summary:
Grinnell awards Founders' Scholarships of varying amounts to select admitted students based on academic merit, extracurricular involvement, demonstrated leadership, and/or special talents. All first-year applicants (domestic and international) to Grinnell College will be considered for this scholarship.

There are no set criteria for consideration but students will be selected based on academic merit, extracurricular involvement, demonstrated leadership, and/or special talents.
Value of Scholarship:
The Grinnell Founder’s Scholarship ranges from $10,000-$28,000 annually.
Please note that scholarships are very competitive for international students.
Scholarship Application Guide:
No separate application is required, but priority consideration for scholarships is given to students who submit their application for admission by Dec. 1. All scholarships are renewed each year for four years of study provided the student maintains a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
