Scholarship Summary:
The University of Southampton offers subject-based scholarships for high-performing international Masters students.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
You will be considered eligible for a Southampton International Merit Scholarship if you meet all of the following criteria:
i. You, the student, are liable to pay full international tuition fees and you will be self‐funding, i.e. you are not in receipt of a full or partial scholarship from another source or sponsored by one of the University’s international funding partners.
ii. You are in receipt of an offer to study an eligible full-time Master’s programme
iii. You must obtain a first class or its equivalent qualification in your undergraduate degree
iv. The programme you wish to study is eligible.
v. You must be classified as ‘Overseas’ for fees purposes.
vi. You pay any necessary tuition fee deposit by the date notified on your offer letter.
Value of Scholarship:
The University of Southampton Postgraduate Merit Scholarships range from £1,000 to £8,000, depending on your chosen course.
Scholarship Application Guide:
