There are no set criteria for consideration but past recipients were in the top 30% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The Saginaw Valley State University International Scholarships are namely as follows;
1. The SV Red & White Award serves as a tuition reduction that lowers the total semester tuition to an amount that is equal to the resident tuition rate.
2. The President’s International Scholarship ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 per year. It is awarded to international undergraduate students as a lump sum which can be used for tuition and fees. It is a competitive scholarship awarded to students who have achieved a high level of academic success, prior to joining SVSU.
