Scholarship Summary:
Named for Samford University’s first Rhodes Scholar in 1910, applicants considered for this scholarship display a high level of academic achievement. Recipients (domestic and international) of the Crosland Scholarship are among an elite group of students chosen for their outstanding scholarly achievements, their character, commitment to others and to the common good.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must;
i. have a minimum cumulative HS GPA of 3.5
iii. Obtain a minimum score of 26+ on the ACT test or 1240+ on the SAT test
Value of Scholarship:
The value of the Crosland Scholarship varies but the average award for a Crosland Scholar is $17,500.
