ii. Other Merit Scholarships: 1st of May, 2023

Scholarship Summary: 
Dillard University is offering freshman merit awards to eligible first-year students (domestic and international) who have demonstrated strong academic performance in high school. Every student who is admitted to Dillard University will be considered for one of the following awards based on their presented credentials.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. score an 18 on the ACT test or 960 on the SAT test
ii. earn a high school GPA of 2.5

Value of Scholarship: 
The Dillard Freshman Merit Awards are valued as follows;
i. DU Grant I: $6,000 per year {Requirements: 2.5 GPA and 18 ACT or 960 SAT | TEST OPTIONAL: 3.0-3.249 GPA}
ii. Merit Scholarship: $8,000 per year {Requirements: 2.75 GPA and 19 ACT or 990 SAT | TEST OPTIONAL: 3.25-3.59 GPA}
iii. Dean's Scholarship: $10,000 per year {Requirements: 3.0-3.599 GPA and 21 ACT or 1060 SAT | TEST OPTIONAL: 3.6+ GPA}
iv. Presidential Scholarship: Full tuition per year {Requirements: 3.6-3.799 GPA and 25 ACT or 1200 SAT}
v. University Scholarship: Full Tuition, Room and Board and mandatory fee per year {Requirements: 3.8+ GPA and 27 ACT or 1220 SAT}

Scholarship Application Guide: 
There is no separate scholarship application; simply apply for admission
into Dillard to be considered.
