Scholarship Summary:
If you’re a first-time student (domestic and international) who has applied and been accepted for admission into Dakota Wesleyan University, you will be considered for academic scholarships. These are offered to full-time students, and most are renewable for up to 10 semesters.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for scholarship consideration at Dakota Wesleyan, you must;
• Be admitted by Dakota Wesleyan University and be classified as an entering first-time freshman.
Value of Scholarship:
The Dakota Wesleyan University Freshman Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Achievement: $16,000/year {4.0 GPA}
ii. John Wesley: $14,750/year {3.75 – 3.99 GPA}
iii. Trustee: $13,750/year {3.5 – 3.74 GPA}
iv. Presidential: $13,000/year {3.0 – 3.49 GPA}
v. Tiger: $10,000/year {Below 3.0 GPA}
