Scholarship Summary: 
The University of Windsor offers a wide variety of entrance to students (Canadian and international) coming directly from full-time secondary school studies. Some awards recognize academic excellence, some assist students with financial need, some celebrate students who demonstrate good citizenship and others reflect a combination of one or more of these attributes. By completing the UWinAward Application/Profile with your basic information, you may become eligible for a variety of awards.

i. Be entering the Fall term as a full-time student
ii. Demonstrate academic excellence

Scholarship Application Guide: 
To apply;
i. Once you have an account, login to UWinsite Student and apply through the Award Profile tile. 
  • Login to UWinsite Student> Student Homepage > Award Profile. If you do not have a UWin Account, please activate it by following the instructions here.
ii. When starting a new Award Profile, select the 2024-2025 academic year.

iii. On the next page, complete the course load fields accordingly. For example, if you plan to be a full-time student in the fall and winter (taking 4 or 5 courses), enter 100 under fall and winter.

iv. If you are using a previously saved form that was started at the beginning of the year, click the refresh data button to ensure your most recent 12O average currently on record is populated. If it's not in the records, please estimate your 12O average.

v. If you are eligible for multiple application-based awards, you can only apply for one application-based award per form. There is no limit to the number of applications a student can submit.  You must submit a start new form for each award that you wish to apply for. These awards will require you to respond to a specific question, upload an essay and may require you to attach supporting documentation.
