A quality higher education can, and should, be accessible for all students regardless of their financial circumstance. That’s why the Luther College Iowa Impact Award was created to foster an opportunity for high-achieving Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota or Wisconsin students to pursue their academic goals at Luther College.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration;
• A high school GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Family adjusted gross income of $80,000 or less
• Typical amount of reportable assets for a family with a $80,000 adjusted gross income
• Iowa, Minnesota or Wisconsin resident as defined respectively by the Illinois Board of Higher Education, the Bureau of Iowa College Aid, the Minnesota Office of Higher Education or the Wisconsin Higher Educational Aids Board
• Must reside on campus for each year the award is received
• Be an incoming first-time student or transfer student for fall 2026.
Value of Scholarship:
Eligible students of the Luther College Impact Award receive FREE TUITION (valued in excess of $51,000 annually) during their years of enrollment at Luther College.
