Scholarship Summary:
The Harry S. Truman Leadership at Truman State University is awarded to Missouri residents with excellent leadership potential and is designed to invest in the development of tomorrow’s leaders, recognizing the value of diverse contributions in Truman’s community. A limited number is available annually.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must;
i. Be first-time freshmen and Missouri residents
ii. Demonstrate impactful classroom, school and/or community leadership
Value of Scholarship:
The Harry S. Truman Leadership is a $12,000 award granted annually to assist with tuition and on-campus room and meal plan costs, plus a 4 year leadership development program.
