Scholarship Summary:
Accepted first-year students (domestic and international) will be considered for merit scholarships at Clarkson; no separate application is required. The scholarship amount awarded will be based on the student's academic record.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria but eligibility will depend secondary school GPA, rigor of the curriculum, SAT and TOEFL scores, and letters of recommendation.
Value of Scholarship:
The Clarkson Freshman Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Clarkson Scholarship: Amount varies
ii. Clarkson Leadership Scholarship: $25,000 annually
iii. Clarkson Achievement Scholarship: $20,000 annually
iv. International Scholarship: $2,000 to $20,000/academic year

There is no separate application, the Office of New Student Financial Aid will offer you scholarships and/or grants depending upon your admissions application.
