Scholarship Summary:
EMU is awarding the Emerald Scholarships to incoming freshmen students (US citizens and permanent residents) with excellent academic credentials.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria but past recipients were in the top 45% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The Emerald Scholarship is valued as follows;
i. $8,000 tuition and $4,000 housing (3.75+ GPA & 28 ACT or 1300+ SAT)
ii. $7,000 tuition and $3,000 housing (3.75+ GPA & 25+ ACT or 1200+ SAT)
iii. $6,000 tuition and $3,000 housing (3.75+ GPA)
iv. $5,000 tuition and $3,000 housing (3.5 - 3.74 GPA)
v. $4,000 tuition and $3,000 housing (3.0 - 3.49 GPA)
vi. $3,000 tuition and $2,000 housing (2.75 - 2.99 GPA)
vii. $2,000 tuition and $1,000 housing (2.5 - 2.74 GPA & 22+ ACT or 1100+ SAT)
All above scholarships are renewable annually.
