Scholarship Summary:
The Department of Computer Science is offering a number of Academic Achievement Scholarships to top-performing UK students starting on an undergraduate honours degree programme within the Department of Computer Science in September 2024.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for an academic achievement scholarship you must:
i. attain A level grades of A*A*A (or above), or equivalent, including an A* in Mathematics.
ii. have made The University of Sheffield your first (firm) choice in the UCAS application process.
iii. commence your undergraduate studies in the Department of Computer Science in 2024.
iv. apply to study a full-time undergraduate programme in the Department of Computer Science.
v. be from the UK (not be classed as an international student for tuition fees purposes).
vi. be taking all prerequisite subjects for your selected degree.
Value of Scholarship:
The Sheffield DCS Academic Achievement Scholarship is valued as follows;
1) Scholarships of £1,000 will be awarded as a one-off payment to students who attain A level grades of A*A*A (or above), or equivalent, including an A* in Mathematics.
2) For students achieving A*A*A* including A* in Mathematics, the award will be £2,000.
