'24 Loyola University Maryland International Freshman Need-Based Aid (US Based)

Scholarship Summary: 
Loyola is able to provide a limited amount of need-based aid to international students. Need-based awards are intended to supplement the amount that a student can pay in order to reach the full cost of attendance. International students will be considered for admission and institutional need-based financial assistance based upon a review of the academic qualifications, financial need, and availability of student aid resources.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be international students and have a demonstrated financial need.
ii. Apply and be admitted into LUM by January 15.

Value of Scholarship: 
The LUM International Need-Based awards can cover up to the cost of full tuition, though these cases are extremely rare.

These awards are renewable for the same amount for up to four years (eight semesters, fall and spring) provided the student maintains full-time enrollment, meets the minimum grade point average (GPA) and Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements, and there is no change in immigration status.

Scholarship Application Guide: 
To apply;
i. As part of the need-aware review process, all international students must submit the International Student Certification of Finances form and a Bank Letter or Statement.
ii. Students seeking consideration for need-based financial assistance are also required to submit the CSS Profile at the time of application. When completing the CSS Profile, Loyola University Maryland's CSS School Code Number is 5370. 
iii. Please be aware that you may be asked for further financial documentation per U.S. government regulations at a later date should you be admitted and choose to enroll.
