Scholarship Summary:
The TCU Office of Admission awards academic scholarships to our highest achieving admitted students. These competitive awards are based primarily on a combination of grades, ACT or SAT score and curriculum rigor. For purposes of both admission and scholarship consideration, TCU superscores both the ACT and the SAT. All TCU applicants (domestic and international) are considered for academic merit scholarships.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 3.69 (out of 4.0)
ii. Have a minimum SAT score of 1320 or a minimum ACT score of 29

Value of Scholarship:
The TCU Academic Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Chancellor’s Scholarship: Full tuition for four years {Required: 4.0 HS GPA AND 34 ACT OR 1500 SAT}
ii. Dean’s Scholarship: $25,000 per year {Required: 3.95-4.0 HS GPA AND 31-34 ACT OR 1360-1500 SAT}
iii. Faculty Scholarship: $22,000 per year {Required: 3.8-3.92 HS GPA AND 31-33 ACT OR 1390-1440 SAT}
iv. TCU Scholarship: $18,000 per year {Required: 3.78-3.9 HS GPA AND 30-32 ACT OR 1370-1440 SAT}
v. Founder’s Scholarship: $12,000 per year {Required: 3.71-3.83 HS GPA AND 29-31 ACT OR 1330-1390 SAT}
