Scholarship Summary:
West Liberty University awards exceptional incoming domestic freshman with their most prestigious scholarship, the full-ride Elbin Scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be considered, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum SAT score of 1400 or an ACT score of 30
ii. Have a high school GPA of 4.00 (out of 4.00)
Value of Scholarship:
The full-ride Elbin Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition, fees, room and board for over four years.
To maintain this scholarship, an Elbin Scholar must maintain full-time enrollment and a 3.25 cumulative GPA.

Awards will be given based on accepted GPA by the WLU Office of Admissions. Cumulative GPA will be based on official transcripts reflecting all A’s.
