Scholarship Summary:
Incoming international freshman students who apply and submit all admission documents prior to the deadline will be eligible for international merit scholarships at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be incoming international fee-paying freshmen
ii. Have a minimum 3.00 GPA or SAT 1200 or ACT 24
Value of Scholarship:
The UCO International Freshmen Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Freshman Distinguished Global Scholar: $4,000 per year (up to $8,000) {required: minimum 3.50 GPA or SAT 1300 or ACT 28}
ii. Freshman Merit Global Scholar: $3,000 per year (up to $6,000) {required: 3.25 GPA or SAT 1250 or ACT 26}
iii. Freshman Honor Global Scholar: $2,000 per year (up to $4,000) {required: minimum 3.00 GPA or SAT 1200 or ACT 24}
The above awards are renewable for two years only.
