Minnesota State University, Mankato is delighted to award the Presidential Scholarship to selected new domestic students based on class rank, leadership, personal essays and interviews.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be US citizens or residents.
ii. Possess a minimum cumulative a 3.8 GPA or rank in the top 10 percent of their high school class
Value of Scholarship:
The MSU Mankato Freshman Presidential Scholarship is valued as $20,000, awarded over four years ($5,000/year).
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Complete an application for admission into MSU Mankato and be admitted by the 1st of February.
ii. Students must submit an application for the Presidential Scholarship at
iii. Selected finalists will be invited for an interview in February.
