Scholarship Summary:
Marietta College is awarding the #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship to top-performing international freshmen who have shown interest and personal initiative in activities that encourage intercultural engagement, learning and understanding.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be new first year, degree seeking international students in any academic major offered at Marietta College
ii. Demonstrate interest and personal initiative in activities that encourage intercultural engagement, learning and understanding on the Marietta College campus.
Value of Scholarship:
The Marietta #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship is an annual and renewable scholarship covering 50% tuition.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply,
i. Complete an admission application into Marietta.
ii. Submit the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship application (including an essay or 2-5 minute video about your ideas for supporting and promoting intercultural learning and understanding on Marietta College's campus) by March 1, 2024 to scholarshipapp@marietta.edu.
