Scholarship Summary:
University of New Mexico is awarding the Global Leadership Scholarship to international undergraduate students who have demonstrated academic performance and show promise to be leaders in their communities.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship consideration, applicants must;
i. Be international fee-paying students
ii. Obtain a minimum 3.0 GPA on a US scale in upper secondary/high school coursework
Value of Scholarship:
The UNM Global Leadership Scholarship is valued between $3,000- $7,000 per year depending on past academic performance. This scholarship will not be combined with another UNM scholarship (such as the Amigo Scholarship).
Scholarship Application Guide:
Students will automatically be considered for this award as part of the admission review and will be notified regarding an admission and financial aid decision upon submission of a completed application, official transcripts, and official English proficiency exam results, if required.
