Scholarship Summary: 
Belmont Abbey is delighted to award the Honors and Premier scholarships to exceptional incoming freshmen students (domestic and international) with outstanding academic credentials and demonstrated leadership ability.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:

Value of Scholarship: 
The Belmont Abbey Freshmen Honors and Premier Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Honors College Scholarship - $8,500 (Qualifications: 3.5+ Unweighted GPA, must be accepted into the Honors College)
ii. Honors College Fellowship - $18,500 (Qualifications: 3.5+ Unweighted GPA, must be accepted into the Honors College, 5 awards available)
iii. Hintemeyer Catholic Leadership Award - $6,500 (Qualifications: 3.2 Unweighted GPA; must be confirmed, practising Catholics)
iv. St. Thomas More Civic Integrity Scholarship ward Amount: $5,500 (Qualifications: 3.5 Unweighted GPA)
v. Father John Oetgen Scholarship - $5,500 (Qualifications: 2.75 Unweighted GPA, must reside on campus)

Scholarship Application Guide: 
To apply; 
i. Complete the admissions application into Belmont
ii. Visit the premier scholarship link and apply for any of the premier scholarships listed there.
iii. Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview. 
iv. Attendance at the Honors College Scholarship Weekend is required for the Honors College Fellowship.
