Scholarship Summary:
Mississippi residents are automatically awarded merit scholarships upon MSU-Starkville admission based on 9th - 11th grade high school GPA and test scores.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for scholarship consideration,
i. Applicants must be Mississippi residents
ii. Must obtain a minimum GPA of 3.0
iii. Must obtain a minimum test score; 20 ACT/1030 SAT
Value of Scholarship:
The MSU-Starkville Resident Scholarships are valued from $1,500 - $10,000/year
*Students with a 34+ ACT/SAT equivalent will receive a one-year scholarship valued at the cost of their portion of a double occupancy room. Scholarships are renewable annually up to 8 semesters based on overall GPA.
