Scholarship Summary:
University of Saint Francis believe that acts of kindness makes the world a better place and is thus awarding the ‘Pay It Forward’ Scholarship to exemplary domestic freshmen students who have paid it forward to someone else in life.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship;
i. You must be a first-time student seeking your first undergraduate degree at USF
Value of Scholarship:
The USF ‘Pay It Forward’ Scholarship is valued as follows;
i. One Full-tuition Scholarship (tuition and fees)
ii. Two Half-tuition Scholarships (tuition and fees)
iii. All in-person interview attendees will be awarded a minimum stackable scholarship of $1,000.
The USF ‘Pay It Forward’ Scholarship is renewable for up to four years.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Apply to USF for admission for Fall 2024 and be accepted by the scholarship deadline to be eligible. Students must attend USF full time at the Fort Wayne or Crown Point location to receive this scholarship.
ii. Complete the ‘Pay It Forward’ scholarship application before the deadline.
iii. Semi-finalists will be chosen based on essay content. A maximum of 25 semi-finalists will be invited to campus for in-person interviews.
iv. The final three candidates for the full-tuition scholarship will be featured on WANE-TV. The full-scholarship winner will be revealed on a WANE-TV livestream in December.
