Scholarship Summary:
The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) is delighted to be able to offer (thanks to the generosity of the Elizabeth Creak Charitable Trust) 5 x £5,000 Clyde Higgs Postgraduate scholarships to UK postgraduate students.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To apply for this scholarship, you must:
i. Be domiciled in the UK
ii. Have been accepted to study one of the following taught postgraduate programmes in the academic year 2023/2024.
iii. Evidence academic excellence – to have achieved a first degree with an Upper Second classification
iv. Demonstrate a passion for Agriculture
v. Provide evidence of leadership potential
Value of Scholarship:
The Clyde Higgs Postgraduate Scholarship is worth £5,000 per annum for one year of full-time study at the RAU and will be paid in three instalments in Autumn, Spring and Summer
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Complete the online application form, together with supporting evidence.
ii. Have your referee complete the online reference form or print and complete a PDF version of the reference form. Please note that the referee should be your most recent school/university tutor or employer
iii. All applicants will be informed in writing of the outcome, once a decision has been made and no later than mid-August 2023.
