Scholarship Summary:
Saint Ambrose University is awarding first-year scholarships to incoming freshmen (US citizens and residents only) as determined by the Office of Admissions using unweighted high school GPA and ACT/SAT scores.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria for consideration but past recipients were in the top 40% of the applicant pool.
Recipients must live on-campus. If commuting from home, award amounts will be reduced.
Value of Scholarship:
The St. Ambrose Academic scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Trustee*: $25,000/year {3.9 GPA and 29 ACT or 1340 SAT}
ii. Academic: $15,000 - $21,000/year for Iowa residents and $17,000 - $23,000/year for Iowa non-residents
iii. University Grant: $13,000/year
*Trustee recipients will be invited to campus to compete for a number of full-tuition scholarships.
