The Gerald Schwartz School of Business at StFX is offering the prestigious National Scholars Award to 1st-year, full-time undergraduate BBA students who are well-rounded and demonstrate leadership qualities both inside and outside of the classroom. This scholarship is open to all nationalities (Canadian and International).
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum 90% average in their high school records (eligibility is determined based on five grade 12 university preparatory level courses).
ii. Have demonstrated StFX qualities of leadership and service to community.
Value of Scholarship:
The Schwartz National Scholars Award is valued as follows;
1. Schwartz National Scholar Awards
Value: $80,000 ($20,000 renewable for 4 years)
- All 1st-year, full-time undergraduate BBA students. Minimum 90% average and demonstrated StFX qualities of leadership and service to community. Open to all nationalities.

1. Applicants must apply for StFX Admissions by the deadline.
2. Applicants must complete and submit a by the deadline.
- Major and Separate Scholarship Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will begin acceptance on December 1st, 2025.
3. Applicants must ensure two (2) StFX Major Scholarship reference forms are completed and submitted by the deadline.
- All scholarship applications will need two (2) or more references to support a submitted StFX scholarship application.
- When completing a Major scholarship, applicants will be required to provide two (2) references, full names, email addresses and contact phone number.
- When completing a reference form, references will be required to provide applicants information in order to submit the reference form; they will need applicant’s first name, last name, StFX student ID number and email address.
4. Applicants must submit their first-semester grade 12 transcript(s) by the deadline.
