Scholarship Summary:
The College of Idaho offers a variety of academic scholarships to qualified freshmen students (domestic and international). Academic scholarships and grants are offered through the admission process and they are awarded based primarily on high school GPA and test scores or test optional index scores. The award is guaranteed through senior year as long as scholarship criteria are continuously met and the student maintains Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum average GPA of 3.0
Value of Scholarship:
The College of Idaho Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Presidential Merit Scholarship: $22,000/year {Average Requirements: 3.95+ GPA}
ii. Trustee Merit Scholarship: $20,000/year {Average Requirements: 3.80+ GPA}
iii. Dean Merit Scholarship: $17,000/year {Average Requirements: 3.55+ GPA}
iv. William Judson Boone Merit Scholarship: $14,000/year {Average Requirements: 3.24+ GPA}
v. PEAK Merit Scholarship: $12,000/year {Average Requirements: 3.23 GPA or below}
