'24 Standard Bank Africa Scholarship at the London School of Economics (England Based)

Scholarship Summary: 
LSE is pleased to confirm three Standard Bank Derek Cooper Africa Scholarships for the 2024/25 session, generously supported by Standard Bank Group. These scholarships are to support academically gifted African students who do not have the financial means to pursue further studies of this nature. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a combination of exceptional academic merit and financial need.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 
In order to be eligible for this scholarship;
i. Applicants will ordinarily be resident in one of Standard Bank's African operating countries namely; South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Angola, Mozambique, Botswana, Eswatini, Cote d’Ivoire, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Namibia, Tanzania, DRC, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
ii. Applicants must be holding offers for one of the following courses;
1) MSc in Accounting and Finance

Value of Scholarship: 
Each scholarship will provide the cost of full tuition fees for the eligible programmes and provide a maintenance stipend of £21,000 for living costs.
