Scholarship Summary:
Indiana Tech values community leaders and would like to recognize students (domestic and international) who exhibit leadership potential while demonstrating the core values of the university. The Presidential Scholarship will recognize students for their achievements and encourage them to grow their leadership abilities.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain 3.75 GPA or higher (on a 4.0 point scale)
ii. Have a minimum of 26 ACT score or 1240 SAT preferred, but not required
iii. Be accepted into Indiana Tech
Value of Scholarship:
The Presidential Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition annually and is renewable provided, recipient maintains a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To be considered for the Presidential Scholarship, you must meet the specified criteria and submit the following items to the Office of Admissions (admissions@IndianaTech.edu) by 5:00 pm EST on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
You must complete:
- The Presidential Scholarship application
- An essay describing a time that you have demonstrated character and/or leadership in your community, your role, how others were affected, and what you learned from the experience (no more than 2 pages, double spaced).
- A professional resume demonstrating key accomplishments and contributions.
- A recommendation from a non-relative about how you demonstrate one of Indiana Tech’s core values: respect, commitment, honesty, passion, or integrity.
