Scholarship Deadline: 

Applications for this scholarship must be submitted at least a week before the following days;
Academic Honor Day 1: November 11, 2023 
Academic Honor Day 2: February 10, 2024 

Scholarship Summary: 

A number of outstanding students (domestic and international) will be recognized as Prestigious Honors Scholarship recipients after participation in the Graceland Academic Honors day. All other participants will receive the Scholar Award for competing at one of these events.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.75

ii. Obtain an ACT score of 27 (or SAT of 1280) or higher

Value of Scholarship: 

i. Prestigious Honors Scholarship: covers the cost of full tuition per academic year and is renewable for four years (3 awards available)

ii. Honors Program Award: $1,000 per academic year for four years.

Scholarship Application Guide: 

To apply;
i. Entering first year must submit a Graceland Application for Admission.
ii. Have your high school, college or university send your official transcript.
iii. Submit ACT/SAT scores (optional).
iv. Complete the Honors Program application and supporting materials.
v. May be required to file FAFSA annually (U.S. Citizens).

vi. Candidates meeting the evaluation criteria will be invited to campus for an interview on Academic Honors Day. Applicants will be evaluated on academic success, communication and leadership.

Prestigious Honors recipients must participate in the Honors Program, maintain a 3.75 GPA and take required Honors courses each academic year at Graceland University.
