Applications for this scholarship will close on the 1st of January, 2024.
Scholarship Summary:
The Competitive Wilson Scholarship Program is by invitation only and is extended to very high-performing incoming freshmen (US citizens and residents only).
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain an ACT composite score of 24 or SAT of 1160
ii. Obtain a high school GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale)
iii. Be admitted
Value of Scholarship:
The top two students from each competition will receive a Wilson Full-Tuition Scholarship (4 awards available). All other participants will be granted a Distinguished Scholarship worth $1,000 per year.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Candidates must be officially accepted into University of Jamestown.
Ii. Eligible candidates will be invited by the Admissions Team to register for the Honors Scholarship Event.
iii. Qualifying students must participate in on-campus interviews and demonstrate commendable academic and leadership skills through attendance at one of two Honors Scholarship Day events (held in Nov. & Jan, specific dates to be determined).
