The Leeds UK Excellence Masters Scholarships awards recognise and reward high academic achievement for UK students applying to study a full-time taught postgraduate course in September 2026.

To apply for a UK Excellence Masters Scholarship, you must:
- Be classified as a UK student for tuition fee purposes.
- Demonstrate an excellent academic track record and are expected to attain a Bachelor degree with at least a 2:1 (Hons) or equivalent.
- Not already be enrolled on a postgraduate course.
- Have applied for 2026/2027 entry for a full-time campus-based Masters degree.
- Be self-funding for at least part of the cost of your tuition fees. This includes financial support from a friend or relative, or a postgraduate loan from the UK government.
The Leeds Masters Scholarships is worth £5,000. 30 scholarships are available.

You will only be able to apply for this scholarship once you have a conditional or unconditional offer for a Masters course.
