Acadia recognizes and rewards achievement and potential, and is awarding entrance scholarships to eligible Canadian and international undergraduates. When you apply to an Acadia undergraduate program, you will automatically be considered for an entrance scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration;
i. You have an average of at least 80% in the courses required for admission
- Your scholarship average will be calculated by combining the results of your grade 11 and mid-year grade 12 courses that are required for admission
- Transfer students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 or 80% average are also eligible.
ii. You are a high school or secondary level student
iii. You can demonstrate financial need
Value of Scholarship:
The Acadia University Entrance Scholarships can range from CAD$4,500 to CAD$10,000 over 4 years.

i. Apply for admission into Acadia: once you're accepted, Acadia will send you a letter of offer that will let you know if you're being considered for scholarships.
ii. Complete the application form in the by the deadline. This information will be used, along with your grades, in the scholarship review process.
iii. If you are a successful scholarship recipient, you will receive your award package in mid-March
