The University of North Alabama offers academic merit scholarships to qualified international students (undergraduate and postgraduate). This scholarship is disbursed in two equal payments, once in the fall semester and again in the spring semester. Academic scholarships are renewable based on academic performance at UNA.

Undergraduate Scholarships
i. Global Partner Undergraduate Recruitment Scholarship: This scholarship awards $10,000 for the first year ($5,000 per semester) of studies. All applicants are eligible upon admission. Eligibility is limited to students who will study on campus. After semester 3 you must maintain a 2.5+ GPA to keep the full scholarship amount. Specific scholarship details will be covered in the arrival orientation. Terms apply.
ii. Global Learning Community Housing Scholarship: The GLC scholarship is tied to participation and details will be presented during orientation. The scholarship value is applied to your choice of available UNA housing.
Graduate Scholarships
i. Global Partner Graduate Recruitment Scholarship: This scholarship awards $7,000 per year ($3,500 per semester) for the first year of studies. Third semester award requires adequate academic performance. Details of scholarship will be discussed at orientation. Eligibility is limited to students who will study on campus. Terms apply
