Scholarship Summary:
Lindsey Wilson College offers the competitive Begley scholarship to three, high-performing, first-time freshmen (US citizens and residents only). This scholarship is renewable for three years. Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and complete a minimum of 24 credit hours per academic year to retain this scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum ACT composite score of 24
ii. Have excellent academic records

i. The following items must be submitted to the Admissions Office no later than January 26, 2024:
a) A typewritten essay (one to two pages in length) on a topic chosen by the scholarship committee;
b) Three letters of reference (two from high school instructors; one from any source); and
c) Submitted Application for Admission to Lindsey Wilson College, a current high school transcript, and ACT/SAT scores.
d) Participation in Interview
Materials must be submitted via the online Begley Scholars application at the Application Portal.
ii. Interviews for the Class of 2024 will be held on February 3, 2024.
