Scholarship Summary:
Fontbonne University is awarding the prestigious Presidential Scholarship to five top-performing domestic freshmen students who have excellent academic records. These scholarships will offered through a competitive honors interview day in February.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria for consideration but past recipients were typically in the top 4% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The Fontbonne Presidential Scholarship covers the full tuition cost and is renewable annually.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Complete an application for admission for Fontbonne by January 15.
ii. If eligible, you will be invited to attend the scholarship interview day which will hold in February 2024.
- Selected applicants will be invited to register for this event by the Admissions team. Please note that attendance for the entirety of the program is required to be considered to receive the Presidential Scholarship. When you submit your registration, you have the option to upload a resume of activities, which will be given to your interviewer to review ahead of time.
iii. The interview format will consist of three parts.
- Undergo individual interviews with a selection of faculty members,
- Contribute in a group discussion with their peers regarding responsible citizenship and
- Participate in a group activity.
You will be asked a variety of questions that will help the panel learn more about your academic achievements, leadership skills and ability to apply your strengths to Fontbonne University’s mission to serving a world in need.
